Telkom billing people that do not even have an account with them

I don’t have a direct account with Telkom and Iv been billed for R1545,24 !!!! And we have never signed up for this !!! We don’t even have a Telkom line !!! And now we have to call on our cell at our costs to sort this out !!! Very frustrated. How can such a huge company just go about billing anyone ? And then try to win new customers trust ? To make matters worst this is not the first time this has happened. We used to have our internet connection with Telkom for unlimited data for R1000 , but was forced to cancel it after being billed R2000 for over a year .Both my husband and I are essential workers and really we do not need any more challenges than we already have .
