TELKOM BILLING NIGHTMARE

The billing system Telkom uses is just really useless. You bill me in September giving me a discount that I didn't ask for on my fiber account the following month you make me pay back. I didn't ask for the discount. Your consultant just hung up on me for following up on this issue
