Telkom billing me for closed account

My name is Simphiwe Shabalala I had a Telkom account which lapsed in December 2024 and then they put me on a month to month. On 03 January 2025 I advised to cancel the month to month as I no longer wish to use Telkom services. However they are still billing me every month for services that I no longer use and that I have cancelled in January 2025. My account number is ***
