TELKOM BILLING ME FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT USING!

I have been billed for a service I have not used for months. I have called their call centre and been promised an URGENT REFUND which has sSTILL NOT BEEN PAID TO ME! I am beyond frustrated and the worst part is I continue being billed though I have raised an alert on this account. And NOT BEING REFUNDED!!!
