Telkom Billing me after a year of cancelling

I cancelled my Telkom line in May 2019. I have not received any communication from them since then. I do a credit check the other day and Telkom says I have missed payments for July, Aug, Sept, Oct 2020. More than a year after cancelling my telkom account. ***?
