Telkom billing is useless AF!

Telkom truly does not have any transparency towards there customers and clearly does not have any trained personnel working on their billing side. They will mess up your account and deduct money from one's account as if they don't understand the value of money.. Well clearly they don't. These guys need to be dealt with because they don't have an idea what sort of nonsense they cause in one's acoount and on to top it off the suspend your line and state one is in arrears when they are ****ing up... I need my account to be fixed
