Telkom billing is nonsense its a horror show

The billing system that twlkom has is nonsense. It's terrible and beyond. I had an issue with my billing and after realizing that there is an issue I called them and went to the branch several times mind you am the one who was making initiative to fix it 😒 and my reward was twlkom not debating as per agreement and when I tried to fix it they block my acc and say they will fix it after 7 days and mind u I had called the 180 number and visited the branch and was assured all is in order now that things are not as per say they telling me different stories and policies that were never said to me..
