Telkom billing is **********

I feel de*****ed in my Telkom billing. There is an added additional subscription and when i call, they insisted that i am the one who added the subscription. Probably accidentally. The subscription details is called "Event Billing Usage". When i want to pay off my phone, they want to charge me R800. They are saying that they stopped the subscriptions but i cannot get my refund. I was being charged R210 a month. All i can say is, Telkom is a complete bull ****
