Telkom billing is ctap

I was billed R1358 on the 1st and yesterday the 5th I was sent a R2006 bill, my line has been suspended, I'm not in arrears I have been over billed and now my line is suspended and penalties have been added to an account that has been paid, customer service is nonsense I contacted them over 20times since weekend and no one gave me **** to work on, stay away from telkom. I'm not even going to renew my contract
