Telkom Billing is a mess

I have had a very bad experience with Telkom. I went to numerous Telkom stores and they failed to explain and if they did it was a because they had to. I had a contract that ended the 1st of June however I was billed a normal installment month end I called the call Centre but they were unable to assist. I ended up paying a full installment for a contract that ended a month ago. This month the 1st of September my services was disconnected due to non payment a payment that was due only today the 5th as that is my debit date Also a full installment I am sick and tired of this Telkom and the **** messages I am getting and threats for payments.
