TELKOM billing **********!! You pay for 10G they only give you 4G to use. *******!!

Waiting for 20min to speak to a consultant! After struggling to get through at all. I have been paying for 10G each month but only getting to use less the 5G. I spoke to a consultant which told me that technical support will contact me to resolve this. Only to recieve a sms to say its been resolved ... HOW HAS THIS BEEN RESOLVED.. TELKOM HAS BEEN *****ING MY MONEY FOR ALMOST 2 years.. Im paying for services I'm not getting!!
