Telkom billing for services not requested

In December I received a bill for services that I did not request and nobody from Telkom contacted me for this service. I lodged a complaint and was given a reference number ***7. I was told that they will phone to confirm the problem. To date I receive the same amount on my bill with interest and i refuse to pay it as I did not request this service. They just dont sort out problems.
