TELKOM BILLING FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED

TELKOM takes advantage of their customers. We have tried to have my number moved to prepaid for 3 months since the contract expired. Each time we are told it would be done but we are still being billed on a FLEXON 4 contract. If there is not a valid contract, how are they still allowed to charge for service that is not provided. THIS IS BLATANT THEFT.
