Telkom Billing for Non existent Acc

Telkom gave me an order for Fiber after I had wanted to move from ADSL , when the technician came for installation he removed my ADSL lines only to realise that the infrastructure is not ready , promising to come back to reinstall the ADSL but never did

The billing for ADSL continued , all calls lodged with telkom were never attended to and now the account has been handed over for services I don’t have
