Telkom billing for a service I don't even have

Shocking services at the beginning of the I app**** for a 4mph uncapped adsl line I was told it would take 3 weeks to be installed, I waited 3 months telkom didn't bother to contact me nor send any notifications that the line had been installed and billed me R1200 for a service I don't have I proceeded in canceling the account several times yet I am still being sent invoices for a package I do not have this day light *******.

I will not be ********** by a company that preys on people with poor service and no principles. Absolutely disgusting.
