TELKOM BILLING EXTRA MONTHS ON CONTRACT, AND IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

More than 3 years ago I signed up for an LTE contract with Telkom (36 Month Contract), which included 7.5G data, a TV, kindle, wifi extender and router.

Since last year October I have been trying to cancel the data, because the data part of the contract was only for 2 years. I have sent cancellation forms twice, and Telkom assured me it is escalated and will be cancelled. We are in January now, and it is still NOT cancelled! What do I have to do to get this thing cancelled???

Other than that the device part of the contract is also over, I have paid every installment for 36 months, and now I am being billed for a 37th month! Why am I being billed for this, when everything has been paid off now?

Why does Telkom have to make everything a hassle, costing me time and money to sort it out?

Please let me know what I can do to sort this out ASAP, as there is no way I am paying that bill at the end of the month.
