Telkom Billing Error

When my R279 Bundle with Telkom expired last year sometime I phone in to check if the price would change if I did not upgrade to one of their more expensive options. The man on the phone assured me that if I left it and did not upgrade they would not charge me more even though it was going to revert to a month to month.<br> Then in November without notice my \Promo\" bundle went from being R279 to being R507 and still being labelled a promotional.<br> <br> I can't believe just a few months after having \"resolved\" my issue with my iPhone contract my internet contract becomes an issue.<br> <br> I look forward to many months of inept communication on this and repeated rantings that will probably end in me being tired of stupid repetitive phone calls and giving up.<br> <br> Sincerely <br> John Hutton...again"
