I was guaranteed google on a device that did not have it - went in store to have the device activated, was informed in store that the device does not have google, immediately called online to report the propaganda from sale agent - made arrangements to be collected, device collected on 21 August - still till this hour struggling with ascertaining which store the device has been returned to> Every online agent I've spoken with from the 22 August until today has been giving me various processes to follow - R398 has been deducted for a device i do not have - I must determine which store it has been returned to. How is that possible if CourierIt collected the device - have a case number - I've been told today they need to open a NEW CASE! Why I have no idea! This has been the most frustrating experience ever with a team of consultants that are *********** to resolve a case! No clarity, No direction! and R398 has been deducted. Been promised matter is escalated - till today nothing resolved!
