Telkom Billing Disputes

Good Day,

Very disappointed at **** service telkom gives to their clients.

Account Number: ********** 42

4MB ADSL uncapped Service 26-04-2018, Technician confirm im not getting the speed im paying for.

Cancelled the accounted moved to LTEA, but not trying to get a credit from telkom is becoming a pain.

Logged a dispute on 21-05-2018 at 14:02 got a reference number ********** 0

which has not been resolved I have followed up: 21-06-2018 25-06-2018 at 13:30 04-07-2018 at 13:45 10-07-2018 at 12:00

Same answer that they are going to escalate to back office for confirmation & noting happens.
