Telkom Billing Dispute

On the 13 December 2017 I logged a dispute relating to fault reference number 516CNK201117 (for Service ID ********** 645), Invoice 711B ********** 4 (09 Nov 2017) and Invoice 712B ********** 5 (09 Dec 2017) with respect to the unavailability of data & voice service on my Telkom landline from 20th November 2017 to 6th December 2017 i.e.

(1) I requested a refund/credit of R37.05 excl VAT (prorated from R222.32) for the voice subscription services (Telephone Line, Normal Jack & BlockCall Plus) relating to the period 20th November to 24th November 2017 (5 days) when voice services were unavailable due to Telkom network issues.

(2) I requested a refund/credit of R195.85 excl VAT (prorated from R345.62) for the data (ADSL) subscription services (DSL Fast Bundle & Home Uncapped 2mbps) relating to the period 20th November to 6th December 2017 (17 days) when data (ADSL) services were unavailable due to Telkom network issues.

(3) Reverse/refund the charge of R266.85 excl VAT relating to “Unnecessary Call-out Fee” charge on Invoice 712B ********** 5 (09 Dec 2017) which I suppose relate to a technician(s) whom I suspect came to my residential property without prior arrangement. Telkom must take responsibility for sending out their technician without confirming the appointment with their client.

(4) Total amount requested to be refunded/credited/amounts to R499.75 excl VAT.

I notice that in my latest Invoice 801B ********** 5 (09 Jan 2018) none of my previous billing disputes were taken into consideration.

I would like to know how when will Telkom resolve this billing dispute.
