Telkom billing despite cancelation

We app**** for a Telkom desktop phone that works off a cellphone coverage. Only to discover we have no coverage in our area despite the agent assuring us that we do. We returned the unit & asked for cancelation. We are still being billed 6 months after cancelation!!
