Telkom billing department -extremely poor service

Telkom’s billing department is the worst. My account keeps getting suspended because debit orders are not processed on time, forcing me to pay at retail stores. These payments take days to reflect, yet my services get suspended repeatedly. This has been going on for months with no resolution. Completely unacceptable service.
