Telkom Billing Department

I took out my iPhone 11 64GB Contract in August 2023. They told me that the monthly installment would be R479. After a few days insurance called me. I told them its fine they can add insurance but they also said that the Insurance is R234,15. The first billing for insurance was R305,10 & then I thought it was part of the prorate. The next bill it was still showing that same amount of R305,10. I called them but that didn't helped either they told me that it was a mistake from the Insurance Company. I called insurance and they send me the agreement policy and that policy showed R234,15. They advised me to call the Billing Department of Telkom. Since today no help! and I am so tired of this now. I feel like cancelling this insurance! Telkom hasn't been helpful so far. I am really disappointed.

I would advise anyone to take out contract at Telkom!!
