Telkom Billing

I am very disappointed with the service I've got with Telkom I've had a contract with them for 14 Months now they were debiting the amount we agreed on but for the past 3 months I have been debited more than the amount we agreed everytime I call they log a call for me ang give different answer but I do not get help
