Telkom billing and service---UTTERLEY ****** USELESS

Telkom billing is ****ING UTTERLY RETARDED AND USELESS. I paid a bill that was r80 short because they put my line of for ****** R80. Then i get charged reconnection fee which is R260. So my account was R952 and i Paid R100 so it is R852. I paid at the end of the month accidently R952 and it shows the -R100 on the invoice. Then I got the TV lit box which is suppose to come with the contract free of charge and now they Charge me R1099 for the lit box. I am suppose to pay R599 a month but for the past few months it was more then R650 a month. IF i get a lawyer they are going to **** in their pants because that is contract break and suppose to get my money back because they are not keeping up their end of the deal.
