TELKOM BILLING

Telkom is one *********** company I have ever dealt with been complaining about my billing since April that is never sorted out been calling in regarding my account that I am overcharged they always say it's sorted but still nothing they making the same mistake every month when you call the billing department and you ask to speak to their supervisor or manager none of them is ever available which is surprising my experience with telkom is very bad I can never recommend anyone to take a contract with telkom they are full of nonsense they are fast to debit your money but when it comes to complains they never sort them out am angry and frustrated because it means every month I will be overcharged with no assistance from telkom honestly I hate this network cnt wait to finish my contract then we go our separate ways
