Telkom Billing a Joke

On the 10th of November 2014 2 of my business lines were inoperable.<br> I logged the faults 1140crz101114 & 1145crz101114<br> They were unable to repair my lines so i ported them to a VOIP service providor.<br> I have called numerous times, sent emails and have even been contacted by Telkom regarding a CREDIT for the lines while they were down but no luck since November & it is now MAY!!!!!!<br> They simply cancelled the lines only after REQUESTING they do so, even though they knew the lines were inoperable and had been ported.<br> I have not paid the bill and refuse to until the appropriate credit has been passed!
