Telkom billing

SHAMEFUL... I am being charged for something that I did not subscribed to. Something that is of no interest to me I am being told that I have to pay R70 for. I explained to the agent that I was not even on my phone when a message came through that I had subscribed to a certain event. Telkom this is daylight *******. Terrible service, please note that once my contact is up I will never deal with you guys again.
