TELKOM BILLING

I am billed for something Telkom cannot tell what its for....i have no contracts with them yet i owe them an outstanding balance...I have been calling them and trying to get this resolved , not even their own agents can tell me why im oweing them....PATHETIC AND I WILL NOT LEAVE IT HERE...i am gonna take it up with the NCR and consumer ombudsman
