Telkom Billing

<div>Telkom billing Telkom is the worst mobile provider I have ever had, I regret taking a contract with them. I have never taken a contract before so I don't know anything about it, so I saw a samsung Galaxy note 20 on a pamphlet I was interested in it so i decided to go to the sandton branch and take a contract there nothing was explained to me on how these things work I had question regarding the payments on how are they going to charge me and everything that's on the pamphlet is what I'm agreeing to pay nothing more the sales person said yes no extra charges whatsoever, that was the worst decision I had to take cos ever since I had the phone in September the billing is just crazy, I got a call from one of the sales person that I owe R2700 and I asked how is it possible cos I only know of paying R799 that was on the pamphlet ,,and that guy told me about spending limit I told him that I don't want it can he please help me cancel it and it gave me the USSD code on how to cancel it I understood then after that the whole month of October didn't get data Airtime nothing I bought everting myself for that month come end of October I owe them R3294.32 I went to telkom to try and understand what was going on with the billing cos I can't be paying so much money for a phone like I'm paying a property or a car. The only answer I got was that the are looking into my case and I was sent a case number via sms and that was it cos I work in a retail store and don't get paid much I just went to the bank and explained my situation then reversed the money,cos I was still waiting for them to tell me why am I paying so much money didn't get any reply, today again I was at the telkom store in sandton cos I was billed R5000 why!!?? I don't know cos a have been buying myself data and Airtime , I was told that it's the spending limit please help me I'm really tired of telkom..and I'm not getting any help from them, and they making it as if it's my fault. I have print outs of Airtime and data that I didn't get ...please assist me I'm even thinking taking the legal route and involve a lawyer</div>
