Telkom billing

So yes I am wrong I was handed over for no payment. I therfore paid my account and settled before the agreement date. Telkom has their money now and it's been 2 weeks + ever since I escalated the matter and I'm being ignored. The lines are still closed and no one is getting back to me. Worst part is I called them and their on consultant Dineo didn't know the attorneys they dealing with for collection which felt like a ****. Cool bring back my settlement amount hand my account again because you haven't kept your word. Yall are quick to want your money but cannot service your customers.
