TELKOM BILLING

the telkom billing department is very hopeless i am very tired of complaining about one thing over and over each month they never resolve my isssue whenever i call. the company never debit me for my contract i always have to go to chechers to pay for my contract but still would be charged the extra R200 AS IF ITS MY FAULT THEY DONT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AM SO TIRED OF PAYING MORE THAN MY ACTUAL DEBIT AMOUNT AS PER MY ACCOUNT
