Telkom Billing

My telkom bill has suddenly increased and no one can explain where does additional charges come from. I have phoned the call center 3 times and no body seems to be coming with solutions. Bye bye Telkom, Am also advising anyone who has a contract with them to cancel. If you think of joining them, take my advice...don't you dare. I'm on a R259 deal and my bill for Sept is R693 and last months was R144 extra
