Telkom Billing

Telkom is the worst mobile provider i have ever had, i really regret taking contract with them. Firstly they charged me double for an upgrade, i have had contracts with other providers before and have never been charged for an upgrade. secondly they have some penalty charges as if they are a bank themselves. Worst of all, they offer no solutions at all to meet customers halfway, what a **** of a mobile provider. I want my services with them cancelled immediately, which is also an unnecessary challenge.
