Telkom Billing

Telkom is useless and should be discontinued, my account was i arrears , i made payment arrangements, Which all of a sudden can not locate payments, I've been having this problem since August and they suspended my services, i sent them POPs but they still find it hard to fix my billing. My account is now owing a miraculous amount because they cant fin my payments. How is this my fault ? They are just *****sters , if they cant handle business who ever governs these cellphone services, should lay waste to telkom.
