Telkom billed us for a line we did'nt order

Telkom billed for a telephone line and instrument we did not order. My Director went to sales office in Nicolway centre JHB and was reffered to call centre sales.

After numerous calls to call centre was reffered to Business section. Email was sent to pick up instrument and cancel new line, no response. We are being billed for a line and instrument we did not order. We were finally given a referrence #874508 but still no one is able to collect the device and cancel the line. Please assist
