Telkom bill you for no service

So I take out uncapped for my house. At first they billed me for usage where I didnt even have a router or line installed. Then i had to fight to get my credit sorted. Then when had very little service due to line faulty So they pass credits again. Then I didnt have service for the month of Jan or Feb Then I decided to cancel. They billed me 1700 for early cancellation but yet they were in breach of contract because they cant provide a service. Today I get a mail stating my account is in collections due to me not paying the cancellation fees? So I have to pay penalties for you not providing a service! Pathetic.
