Telkom Bill when NO LINES for over a year

We have had NO SERVICE at all for about a year, multiple SMSs from Telkom to say lines were ****** and they not going to be replaced, and now I get a bill for R 758.85, and I have already sent cancellation forms for this account. Not acceptable. Please credit this and confirm
