Telkom bill

I took contract in 2018 novemeber with telkom and my cobtracg was ending in 2020 November, now when i cancelled contract, telkom billed me for another year telling me that cobtract is ending 2021 and ibhave been calling them rhis year and i was told the mistake was solve only tonfind out it was not solved the call cnrte agents are so useless that they cant solve anything even when you go to the branch they will refer you to the call centre, i need this matter sorted a i am not even going to oay that 3289 for anither year my number was ***
