Telkom biggest ******* and *****

Telkom mobile are another lot of ******* I took out a contract and signed for a limit of R500 on the account . Received an SMS to state my account balance is close to limit of R2500 I called Telkom and was told my limit was changed so I requested the voice recording of it as I have never increased the limit

Second month and another bill of over R2500

They make every excuse for the recording as I'm sure there is no call that was made but it's a **** to make money from their clients

Managers handling the case and will call back within 24hours Clearly they on another time zone

One month later 25 calls to the call centre and nothing yet
