Telkom biggest *****'s ever

Hi Iv taking out a Telkom lte router n sim from telkom. Iv had problems since day 1 Iv been calling them hence there is never signal so we can't do anything. On the second of June 2020 they gave me a case num.. Iv asked o er 5 times to talk to a manager and was told I will receive a call back.. My last call to them I was promised to be called and have not got a single call till now.. Sunday the 28th of June I received an sms saying it has been resolved but nothing has and then this morning they try to take out R1350 from my fnb account.. How can I pay for something I can't use.. They didn't sort out nothing and **** to me saying my area has lte coverage when it clearly doesn't.. My trying to run a business yet I have to call n wait over an hour to talk to someone that makes me explain everything over n over again and does nothing. Please help me hello Peter
