TELKOM BIG FAT LIE

I have just been conned by Telkom! I was promised a wireless router. told that I can keep using my telephone as it is, and I wil get the same service, just wireless. What a lie. My telephone stopped working, had to connect it to the router to work. Now, every call gets cut off after 5 minutes. How can that be same service. I get no help from the call centre agents, each agent I get through to, is more *********** than the last. They claim to be upgrading their service, but they have just proved to me that they are downgrading in every way. I will advise that if you are offered their new wireless service, just stay away..... Else you will be pulling your hair out. I wish I can get through to somebody who can help, and maybe listen to the conversation that they record.
