Telkom beyond useless

I had an account with them. A month and a half before my contract ended I removed my sim card. Two months later I get a really high bill which didnt make sence. Had a look at my account and saw it was for a different number. I called the number and a woman answered. I went to see them and explained what happened. The number was for my ****le, the sim card is still in my ****le (which I never used). So they opened a case. Now they keep trying to take money for the other persons calls from me. I have never recieved any feedback from them wrt their so called investigation. They are beyond pathetic and they are *******....on top of that their signal is useless. Stay far away from them!!!
