Telkom beyond useless

<p>I have had a Telkom ADSL line for well over 2 years now.<br /> I have paid my account every month without fail. This month I have been cut off saying, according to Telkom I owe R 615 but Telkom’s sms tells me it’s only R 440 due!!</p> <p>The reason for this or should I say the reason today, as every time I call there is a different reason why I owe money, is that I added a business unshaped uncapped package to my current home package.</p> <p><br /> Today was the 5th day I have called the help line. Each time it costs me well over an hour of my time.</p> <p>Once again today for the 5th time I was told someone will contact me - I will not hold my breath waiting for that call.</p> <p>Each time in transferred from department to department and I get the same answer “We have logged a dispute because this is wrong"<br /> Today I was told that my account is correct and I will pay because I used the data. I must stress that yesterday I was told that I cancelled my internet last year!!!</p> <p>I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor but can never as they are busy - which doesn’t surprise me as they must receive so many call about their totally pathetic company. <br /> I have also asked every time to send me proof where I signed or approved an addition to my account!</p> <p> </p> <p>As I said before I have no received a single call or clarity for them.<br /> <br /> I was told today that someone will contact me.</p> <p>I will give them a day then I will be laying a charge of ***** against them.</p> <p>I very much doubt ill even get a reply to this complaint.</p> <p> </p>
