Telkom Beyond Pathetic

5 months since I took my new contract still no service, pathetic. I now cancelled the contract on the 11 March as they cannot deliver on their promises. Not once in 5 months did I receive one call or sms that they are working on the problem, but now that I have cancelled they send me an sms every second day that they will hand me over if I don't pay for a service I don't have. Clowns, ******* and a lot more beyond useless. They promised to waiver the cancellation and refund me for the period I never had service, yet they keep on debiting my bank and I keep on reversing it, now suddenly they want to blacklist me. My advise to all, if you want the worst service provider there is on the market in any category, and a nightmare then choose Telkom, or stay away. New meaning to pathetic!!! look for yourself, on Telkom community, it is so amazing that they remain in business!!
