FIRST of all, I would like to say, KINDLY GO RETRIEVE ALL THE TELEPHONE CALLS WHICH ARE RECORDED SO THAT YOU CAN HEAR WHAT WAS DISCUSSED>>> I hereby refer to the above faults and subsequent NON-Actioning until MY facebook interaction with Lebo.
To date I have not received anything but the line speed, which I now see is also NOT the case, but I have been paying for everything. (see speed test screenshots below..... )
On 13/12/2017 I app**** for a 10mbps line, a modem, sim card & media device TELEPHONICALLY. It was approved and NOT once did the salesperson tell me that my other contract of 2 years was still running and needed to be canceled {RETRIEVE THOSE CALLS} SO I was granted a NEW contract with an OLD contract still running.......?? I wonder what the CONSUMER CREDIT Protection ACT says about this? In January I queried My bill being R500 more than normal and was told it was due to the pro-rata charge of the 10mbps line for the period 13/12/2017 to end of January. AGAIN _ NO MENTION OF 2 contracts running on the same line?? {RETRIEVE THOSE CALLS} Which I accepted at face value. At end of January bill was again high.
On 12/02/2018 I phoned in and spoke to Samkulisiwe {forgive my spelling} - she then told me that it was the sim card etc from my previous contract. She also said she would email me the cancelation forms (RETRIEVE THOSE CALLS) I insisted on speaking to her manager - Themba ********** After "discussing" the problem with him he created the 3 DIFFERENT queries. (RETRIEVE THOSE PHONE CALLS) Needless to say - NO EMAIL RECEIVED....
I also got a call from a very nice lady in your Customer Dispute Centre - Telling me that she could not email me said cancellation forms and that I must go to my nearest TELKOM branch to complete them ??????????????????????????? Duh...... DISPUTE RESOLUTION CENTRE with NO TOOLS or ability to RESOLVE the DISPUTE?????????????????????? Unable to email me the form???????????????????? Unable to phone someone to get the form....................... (RETRIEVE THOSE CALLS)
I AM NOT PAYING FOR THE BALANCE DUE- NOTHING ABOVE THE R799 pm AS PER THE CONTRACT, taken out on 13/12/2017. I am sending this to HELLO PETER, the NCC ( seeing as I have followed Telkoms dispute escalation procedures) and wherever else I need to, to get this resolved.

- NO modem - NO new sim card - NO media box - NO 10MBS line - NO communication about stock or delays from TELKOM sales.................. - Telkom shops do not answer the phone so I need to drive to the shop before I can find out if the STOCK IS THERE - As per THEMBA on 12/02/2018 - (RETRIEVE THOSE CALLS)
AND I AM PAYING FOR IT SINCE DECEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a Telkom client of more than 20 years and this is the B>S> I have to deal with? REALLY?
