TELKOM-BEWARE !!!! TELKOM customer care DOESN'T care!

I see that this is not going to make a difference - because apparently since Late Oct2018 TELKOM does not reply on Hellopeter reports - this does not boast well for either TELKOM nor Hellopeter... However IF I can help ONE person to be aware of the following this review is WORTH MY TIME

*CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS - MONTHLY - If you don't get an account - go straight to YELLING nothing else had any success!!! *DON'T BELIEVE that they have a ***** Department because they NEVER contact you back!!!! *DON'T trust that you can block USAGE on your accounts via TELKOM PORTAL - it is a LIE - so if your phone gets ****** - DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS service *Being civil DOESN'T help!!!! we have emails going back more than a YEAR and this is still UNRESOLVED!!! *Yes there is a case of ***** it is apparently possible to have someone elses account ***gy backing on yours even if you have to RICA FICA - even the accelerate@telkom EMAIL contributes NOTHING resembling resolve on this!

I will be assisting family further with this case - but it is time to take LEAGAL action seeing that TELKOM's customer care is NON existent!!!!
