Telkom betraying trust, selling or giving out my information for sales calls

Just got a call from someone claiming to be a Chevonne, sort of Indian accent I think, ***, wanting to sell me insurance for my phone I just upgraded to, telling me they got my information from the telkom store who did my upgrade 2 weeks ago. I know for a fact that the consultant who helped us would never betray our trust and give out our information for unsolicited calls from rude call center agents which means telkom is giving or possibly selling our information without consent or using fine print methods to have 3rd parties call me. Nice one telkom, will not be renewing any more contracts with you since that is clearly how little you think of me
