Telkom benefit ******s than customers

My phone and sim were ****** during a hijacking. I reported it at there Counubia branch but the staff member was inadequate in her job. So I went to gateway they blocked the sim and device but to my detriment, they didn't do their job of blocking the sim and now I find out that the ******s went to town with my data and airtime. And Telkom refuses to compensate me. yet I have to pay for the usages while it was ******. Which is unacceptable
