Ive been trying to cancel the telkom contract that ended long time and they decided to put it on a month to month that i did not want and now everytime i cancel and pay they still debiting my account. Can someone please advise what legal actions one can take against them to resolve being blacklisted for not wabting a contract that you have cancelled and paid up. But they continue debiting your account. God must must deal with this company in his anger for ruining so many peoples lives.
